Marshall Group

(fmr. Zound Industries)
As founders, Marcus—the former Chief Design Officer and Head of Product Development and Innovation—and Maria—the Creator and Head of the avant-garde fashion electronics brand Molami—built products, brands, and a company from a small team of 9 people in a basement to worldwide success.

As Chief Design Officer and head of all product development, Marcus and the design team put the concept of fashion electronics and innovative execution to the test. The company’s brands and products revolutionized the headphone and speaker industry with colorful and avant-garde fashion headphones and speakers under our own created brands, Urbanears, Molami, Coloud, as well as licensed brands Marshall and Adidas. (In 2023 Zound industries bought Marshall amplification)

After a decade of developing processes, refining organizational structures, and creating numerous innovative products that sold in millions, Marcus and Maria gained a wealth of learnings and experiences from both successes and failures. This expertise enables us to provide valuable advice and execute strategies for our clients. Upon our departure from the company, the revenue had reached 1.5 billion SEK, but the products, brands, and team continued to build on the foundation of design-driven processes, iconic designs, and innovations, resulting in remarkable continued growth to this day.
